ARTICLE VII: MEETINGS

• Section 1—Meetings of this chapter shall be monthly.  

• Section 2—This chapter shall conduct its meetings according to Robert’s Rules of Order. 

• Section 3—All chapter members are expected to attend at least 70% of all regularly scheduled chapter meetings in order to remain a member in good standing. Adviser(s) must be notified prior to a meeting that will be missed.  To make up a missed meeting, members must complete one hour of documented community service prior to the next meeting.  

• Section 4—Chapter officers must attend 100% of monthly meetings, unless prior approval is attained from advisors or fellow officers. (Amended on 4/8/14)
